All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Orders are shipped on Thursday afternoon regardless of when you placed your order. This saves on transportation costs and affords us not to charge a handling fee.

Returns:
In the event there is a problem with your order, please email or call with your order/invoice number and be assured that the problem in question will be handled swiftly. Customer is responsible for return postage.

Individuals with health conditions and/or who use medication should consult their doctor before using any aromatherapy products. Contra-indications include pregnancy, breast-feeding, asthma, epilepsy, and chemotherapy. Cotton Creek products are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
